Default Moving with my daughter

Please can anyone give me some advise? I am a South African with settlement in the UK. I am married to a british citizen and have a three year old daughter with her. We are going through divorce, but it is getting messy.
My wife is into pornography and I am a tradesman. I want to leave and go back to South Africa with my daughter. Am I allowed to take her with me to get her away from her mothers lifestyle? Can I get in trouble if I take her away without my wife's consent? I realy need advise on this.

Quick answer - yes - you can get into deep trouble.

Longer answer - you need to speak to someone in the legal profession to find out what your rights are.
