Default Working but not living in Ireland

Hi all
I am currently working for a haulage company in NI (town Kesh) which is 6 miles from the border town of Pettigo.
I live in the lake district England at the moment but of no fixed abode

But I'm looking to work in the R.O. Ireland soon!
But I need a social security number and most probably a country change of driving license and an Irish bank account.

I'm not sure how I go about the social security number.
But for the driving license and change of address I'm going to need a C/O address in Ireland as I have no plans in renting a flat or anything

I have contacted the salvation army and other organizations that deal with homeless people in Dublin.
But all where very reluctant and did not seam to want to help.

Also I looked at the cost of a PO box; but the cost seamed to ran into hundreds of euros

Any advice please
