passport gets stamped by Immigration Service
If I understand correctly, a non-EEA and non-visa-required national travelling to Ireland is not checked and stamped in his/her passport once arrive by air from the UK (under the Common Travel Area).
My question is: For immigration purpose, are there any routes travelling from the UK to Ireland that his/her passport can get stamped officially where the (INIS) officers are presented after arriving?

There are no immigration controls within the Common Travel Area for anyone regardless of their immigration status. If you want to get an Irish immigration stamp then you should aim to arrive in the CTA in the RoI or, if arriving in the CTA via the UK, then get the cheapest flight out of the CTA before returning to the RoI.
