Default Moving to the republic of ireland and bringing over my tunisian husband

Hi everyone ,
I have read many posts regarding Ss route but was just wondering which irish c visa does my husband initally have to apply for ?
And how long does the application process take ?

Can anyone help with the cover letters as not sure what to write .?

Once I have left the uk and found a house to rent in ireland and a job , would my husband then be able to work in ireland too?

Also We have young children , how do the schools in ireland differ from schools here in the uk or are they pretty much the same ?

Thinking of Moving to waterford area
