I guess that you have resigned yourself to what you see as your lot, even though you continue to grumble.

You have approached your TD and he/she has gone through the motions and the hospital have replied and that to you appears to be the end of it.

Perhaps it is about individual expectations of what should be provided and what one should do to secure that?


The other observation is that, it is not 8,000 on that consultant's waiting list it is 8000 divided by an unspecified number of consultants, as you said.

Your view is unhelpful. From what I can see you don't live in ROI so have no personal experience of the Irish Healthcare system.
