Default Tips for Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas

I'm traveling to Atlantis with 4 and 6 yo for the first time. Any
tips on what to do, see, bring?

Hi I stayed at Atlantis a couple of years ago, the kids will love it as there is an internal lagoon with a really safe beach for them to build sandcastles paddle and swim. The main beach is Ok but you will be approached by vendors.
There is an underwater aquarium which is great, the kids will love it as it really is like being under the sea. You can also walk around the resort and see fish up close. The lazy river is also good. If you and the kids like water you will love it. However it would be wise to take colouring books and a few favourite toys just in case.

We found much cheaper options available and more
things to do in Nassau.

In Nassau there's downtown and the strawmarket

We stayed on Cable Beach and took a short trip to
Paradise Island.

Swimming is safer on Cable Beach as Paradise Island
protects Cable Beach while Paradise Island Beach
is on the Atlantic and was quite rough when we
were there.

Check with a travel agent or do some web searching.
