We have a yearning for a Sunday roast, made by someone else !

Please can anyone recommend somewhere that can provide a decent Sunday roast in Perth's northern suburbs.

(You may, of course, reply with such answers as "My mother's house" if you so wish :D)

Oh, the Woodvale Tavern was mentioned by a colleague, but they hadn't actually been there.

I'm sorry but the shoulder of lamb I bought today is just enough for us and I don't think you'd be happy with just veggies whilst we're eating the meat. You can come if you want?????

Best sunday roast with all the usual suspects, besides my moms... i.e. roast beef, yorkshire puds, gravy, mashed potatoes, veggies... was in canada, cooked by a Norwegian.

Yes, both Coleman's and homemade. I'm currently thinking roasties, carrots, brocolli and maybe if I'm in the mood yorkies. Plus lashings of real gravy that hasn't been near a box, bag, tin or foil packet.

Pud is likely to be chocolate brownies and carrot and walnut cake with cream but that is outside my control so I will not be held accountable if she doesn't make them.

Are you inviting them? Or just telling them?

This really isn't helpful.

It would take too long to get to Brissie and Canada, and Dorothy's not giving out her address.

I didnt want a roast but now I do, I have just texted husband to ask what he had planned tomorrow and could we have a roast? (thought I should ask him as he does the cooking)

I could just eat roast beef, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, peas and sprouts, horseradish sauce and gravy.
