When to submit Penal Clearance Certificate

Hi All

For 175 (Online Application), may I know when to upload Character Requirements Penal Clearance Certificates? Do I need to upload them when I lodge an application or I need to upload within 28 days of lodgement?

Also, when to upload passport photo? Does it need to be uploaded upfront?

Waiting for positive reply.

Thanks

Passport photographs - upload with the rest of your documents within twenty eight days of lodgement. The PCC has a limited validity (as do the meds), so it's not recommended to get those until requested by a CO.
