What to buy from Australia when visiting relatives in UK?

I'm finally visiting family and friends in the UK after 8 years! I am totally stumped as to what to buy as 'something from OZ'. I thought of Oomerangs buy they are a but heavy and useless! What have you bought that people liked when you have gone back for a holiday? Any ideas?

Pouches made from kangaroo scrotums. Very popular, no seam.

That would be my first choice, closely followed by the stuffed cane toad key ring ornament.

I bought my 'Greenie' daughter one of these years ago and she still has it............looks as good as the day I bought it.

Lord only knows what they make those cane toads out of, but I wish they could make me a pair of boots from the same stuff :)

We got requests for (dark) chocolate covered macadamias quite often.

Otherwise, the usual coasters, keyrings, scarves etc

Woolworths and Coles are selling tins of Anzac biscuits for $10.50 (some goes to the RSL etc) at the moment. The tins are painted in various WW1 and 2 themes and are very nice.

I think they would make great gifts.

Aboriginal painted wooden & china items go down well - plates, bottle openers, tea towels etc - all the things with the dot paintings on:)

Surely the biscuits would be a little stale by now.

Twisties :D Bernie and I have managed to get a few free pints from Aussie bar staff in the UK by having a packet of Twisties with us and offering to barter for beer!

I smuggled back some avacado oil that I got in Coles. When I go there it was on a deal in Tesco's and cheaper  still, it's the thought that counts
