Solicitor in Ourem area
Can anyone recommend an English speaking solicitor in the Ourem area of Central Portugal please, to deal with our house purchase?
We have been advised against using solicitors recommended by estate agents and as a result wish to instruct someone independently. Also we have been told that when we purchase a property, we will have to pay a registration fee in addition to stamp duty and purchase tax. Could someone please explain what this is?
