I was thinking alternatively.
Have a look at Cheap International Calls, Prepaid SIM Deals, International SIM
It may be a bit more expensive but it does say down in the fine print that you can charge up or pay by credit card via their online portal.
Can't remember if it requires a NIF number when one registers online though.
