Can anyone tell me what has to be done to start a buisness in Portugal, i would like to go self employed and would like to know what to do,

Do i need to register somewhere?
Does it make a difference if iam uk or Portugal resident?
If i stay a uk resident can i work in Portugal?
If so where do i Pay tax?
Do i need an accountant to help me register as self employed in Portugal?
Are there any info website that cover this?
Has anyone here done this?
