Just went to Millennium Bank:
No charges for a (joint) account when you leave EUR 5000 on it.
If not, you pay EUR 5.20 per month (62.40 per year).

The debit card is 18 EUR / per card. A credit card is 20 EUR / per card.

You can also choose a package: EUR 8 per month (96 per year).
With this package you have no charges for your account; 2 credit cards free; home medical emergency insurance (you pay only EUR 10 for a visit at home); a family civil liability insurance free and 5% reduction the first year of Medis health insurance.

I don't know yet, but if one can leave EUR 5,000 on the account, the only costs are 18 EUR per debit card.
