Hi
I am looking to do a build in the Penela region, can anyone give me an indication on how much reinforced concrete costs per cubic meter? Ive just had a very high price for some retaining walls which are literally 3 times what I was expecting! Also, can anyone recommend any builders in the Penela/Miranda area.

I think about E250 [material only] M3.
I paid my builders 6 to 8 p/h [depending on skill level]. They're great guys but in Aljezur area.
