Hello to you all, I have just joined so here are my questions. Firstly my wife and I are thinking of moving to the Algarve but can anybody give us info on the healthcare. We will be looking at private medicine but is it better to get it in Portugal or before we leave the UK, my wife has been ill the last few years and has landed in hospital on several occasions, what is the Portuguese health service like? what are the costs for doctors surgery/hospital visits? Are doctors available 24hours to visit your home, I know that if you are 60+ the health service is good, I am 55 and my wife is 43. The next question is on computers, who is the best provider/what are the costs and how easy is it to install?
