New EDP meter
I'm blessed with a new meter which flashes numerous read-outs at you. From the EDP website I can see you now have to send three readings. Three of the read-outs are labelled kwh - others are time, date, incomprehensible etc. But how do you know which of the three is which for EDP purposes?
Anyone worked this out? The Luddite in me thinks it was easier when your meter gave you one reading which you sent EDP. Progress! Please don't reply unless you've experienced this.

Re: New EDP meter
Are you sure you still need to send in readings? Our meter fitted last year submits its own readings (somehow) every month.
You may see code numbers as follows;
Vazio = 1.8.1
Ponta = 1.8.2
Cheias = 1.8.3
Or wait a few months and then compare the numbers with the latest actual reading to provide a guide as to which is which.

I'm sure you're right. I hadn't realised it was so "smart". Yet the EDP website does invite you to send in three readings. There was no EDP explanation of the change at all.

Re: New EDP meter
Of course, it may not be that type of smart meter!
The explanation we got from EDP for the latest meter change was found weeks later in our unused snail-infested letter box, half-eaten by the snails!
Our previous meter (fitted in 2014) also came with the requirement to take 3 readings (for a bi-horĂ¡ria tariff).
