We have today been given our licence to enable us to let out our property. We have been told we can advertise, but we will be having an inspection of the property.
Can someone tell me what this entails, how long is the inspection for. We were told we needed fire blanket and sign in kitchen, fire extinguisher and sign per 2 bedrooms, electricity sign on fuse box and first aid box with sign. Is there anything else we should include.

Yes - Livro de Reclamaçoes (Complaints book) and a floor plan of the property with the fire exits marked.

Hi yes I have those, we want to get the 3 bedrooms signed off but at present we only have 2 set up the other is used as a study at the moment, will this be a problem?
