House sale
We have a house in the Algarve and would like to sell it and buy a bigger house. We have lots of ? About taxes, residencies (full or non habitual) and a few more as we go along. We would appreciate any help.

We are in Albufeira but are going back to the uk on the 25th but would like to know who to see for information. Thanks for the potential help.

Your tax position will relate to any profit you make .
Double check your original paperwork to see what was declared as your purchase price.
