Default Freezers climate rating

I need an extra small upright freezer and even though there seems to be little choice I'm finding it hard to choose as no one model has all the features I'd like.

I'd finally opted for one from Radio Popular but it is rated as Tropical which I thought was a good thing as the room it will be kept in gets pretty warm in the summer. However, this room, having no roof insulation also gets quite cold in the winter. Tropical is 18 to 43ÂșC. I'm wondering if anyone knows if such a freezer will function in much lower temperatures and if they do will they please reply to me. Thanks.
