Ask at your local Camara or Junta but be warned, prices vary immensely from area to area.
Some areas charge well over €100/load whilst others charge as little as €25/load.

Stay clear of Tavira Verde. They charge €200 for 5000 litres. Maybe talk to your neighbours?
