How do I work this on the Financas web site.?


Faturas / Consumidor / Complementar Informação Faturas

If I select "guardar" are all items selected and saved on page?
How do I get to the next page ----Items-21 to 31?

There are no boxes to tick for "select All"

There is no "go to next page".

Anyone solved this?

For each item you need to choose the appropriate Atividade de Realização da Aquisição (and if registered for IVA, whether the particular item is outside your business activity (Fora do Âmbito da Atividade Profissional?)), following which you can press Guardar.

Each invoice that has had its details completed and saved will then be removed from the list, which is always a maximum of the oldest 20 invoices (Apenas são apresentadas as primeiras 20 faturas de um total de xx faturas pendentes).

Loafing Along

Select the appropriate activity for each invoice outstanding and then "Guardar" ( Save ). You can do multiple invoice and only need to save once.
To check a specific period use the date criteria at the top of the page.
At the bottom of the page you can select the number of invoices you see per page and you should scroll ( right hand side bottom ) by clicking on "Proximos " to get to next page

Loafing Along: I think you are on the wrong page? You are ion verificar faturas I think. This page does not allow you to guardar.

I have bank charges and payments to the Camara Municipal.
These icons for selection health/education/property/homes/other are not really appropriate. I guess I will just select "other" for the lot and then "guarder" which should take me to the next page, I think?

I've never had banking related invoices show on the e-faturas site so I can't guess. Any Câmara invoices of mine relate to water and used to be automatically categorised as 'other' (but they now appear to allow re-categorisation).

The categorisation may have more relevance to Portuguese residents due to the IRS benefits but virtually all of mine are 'other' except for my dentist's bills, which are in the health category.

Richard. Well I have 31 items on the list. As you say the Camara-water bill is "other" I tried "lares" but not accepted.
bank charges i.e the fee paid for the privilage of holding your money in their current account, this was "other"
Also an estate agency commision well this had to go into "Imoveis".
If it goes in the wrong place then it is not accepted and you cannot move on to the next page. 20 items per page.
