According to the Ficha Técnica Lote 1 is the pool complex and is designated for commercial use. It's the space behind Lotes 3 - 9.

cheers trog am in that lote, am pleased to hear that things are maybe moving on with pool, think if pool was in it would help them sell rest of properties

The work is supposed to be complete by the end of March but the weather has been against them. With all the rain they are losing working days.

really trog, finshed by end of march, that just the landscaping? aye have heard weathers no been to good over their, frezzing ere and snow forcast for this week.

That's what our condo guy told us when we asked him to chase it up last October. But I don't think that includes the pool. I think it's a different contractor.

About the only work being done is on filling in the big hole near the larger of the 2 ponds. The down side to this is that the roads are covered with mud as they deposit all along the way as they arrive at the site.

Hi all, I guess its still progress - little by little perhaps we will get there. someone said to me that a low building will be built to add on to the block where they are filling in the hole, and it will have a big car park outside.There is a plan inside of the block for people who are buying. I wondered if it would be a shop. Could do with a small shop and newsagents etc on site.

Not going to be there until April and would love to see the progress.
