Energy certificate
We are in Tavira and need to get an energy certificate, can anyone advise where we can get somebody to carry out the tests.

EDP will do them, but there are many companies also. I'll look to see who did ours in Fuseta and let you know.

Because it's the law in Portugal.
It shows how energy efficient your property is on a sliding scale.

You also need the certificate if you are selling your property
