Default Earthquake

I felt it here 80 km north of Porto at 11:54 am. Thought I was having medical issues like dizziness for a few seconds.

We didn't feel today's quake either, but there was a magnitude 3.6 just 6 km from us on Friday.
We felt that, and heard it too; it was short and sharp, like an explosion. Then the house shook. frightening...

I was near Costa Caprica sitting in the car with engine off and thought someone was pushing the car about.
Couldnt work it out at all, and forgot all about it until I just saw this.

Nothing unusual!

Certainly less strong here North of Lisbon than the 1969 & 2013 ones both which I experienced!

Off topic slightly...

There I was, asleep in bed in Suffolk, when SWMBO wakes me up saying "Did you feel that? It was a terramoto!".

Oh jeez, I thought, bloody Portuguese and their neuroses! "Don't be daft, woman! There aren't earthquakes in England!!" and went back to sleep.

I got up to be met by a very smug looking wife pointing at the news on TV ..... "Magnitude 5.2 quake in Lincolnshire", it said
