Lidio, I expect the Portuguese equivilant of our HMRC will probably do the same with owners direct etc nowadays without having to leave the comfort of their office.

Dal, but with Owners Direct and such, advertisers NEVER give the address until a deposit payment is made, which is an expensive way to 'catch' a tax-evader, it seems.
