Re: Any 'techies' out there?
curious file format to find on the financas website
rename it html instead of jsp that sometimes works
otherwise go into the financas website using a different browser
i found their website is very badly designed and very often reacts differently in chrome and internet explorer - i think it was designed to work in ie only because of the lack of support in chrome for java extensions

Try Adobe Reader - it may be a .pdf in disguise.

You might need an apache server or similar, but then you might also need the original contributory files too (though if you got it to open, apparently no need for supporting files). What displays if you open in a browser? Cant you go back to the source web page, and print?
Opening it in a text editor, like Notepad, will give you access to any basic text contained in the file, though not necessarily with any formatting.
