Algarve or Obidos, Lourinha??

Algarve or Obidos, Lourinha??
In a few weeks we will be in the Algarve again for house-hunting. We know we cannot get something nice within our budget of approx EUR 135k. at max 8 km from the sea.
With our budget we can have something nice in the Lourinha or Obidos region within 5 minutes from the beach.
Now so close for our househunting trip, we start to doubt ......
The weather is different, but for us nature is even more important than weather.
We rented a house in the Algarve until January. Maybe wise to rent a house in the Obidos and Lourinha region, before buying in the Algarve?

Lots of doubts today. But ...... I think we will stick to the Algarve.

You could get an apartment in Odeceixe, Rogil, or Aljezur for that money, 8km from the beach.
