Thanks folk but I just did what I could. I haven't even moved there yet but just happen to have linked up with a couple of Facebook pages for animal rescue. People are so helpful and passionate about animal welfare that they pulled out the stops to see this little chap taken care of.

Update: Dingo has been passed on to the rescue centre. They are going to get his rabies shots, etc done and get his pet passport, so I am going to carry on trying to find him a home to hopefully help out.l

I really do think the person who abandoned him should have their head mounted on a spike!

Getting Dingo into a shelter is only the first step.

Dont think i can help as we dont move til.next month else would have loved to give him/her a home

Don't write it off. The shelter would probably keep him for you after all, they are in the process of getting his vaccinations done and he has another 4 to 6 weeks before he is old enough for his rabies vaccination.

He is a wonderful character and would make someone a loyal and intelligent pet.
