Hello,

Does anyone know if the complaints that need to be disclosed on the Bio Data form include the local resolution complaints resolved by a skipper or only official complaints investigated by the professional standards people?

Same with the discipline record - I got a development plan two years ago as part of my acting sergeant's at the time aspirations to be promoted and it was just a paper exercise - however - do I have to disclose that as discipline action?

I would appreciate any help

I have only stated about official complaints. That is my understanding of it. I have provided them with contact details for access to my personal file on my application so there is nothing hidden from them. Not 100% but I hope that helps
