Hi All,

I'm a qualified gas engineer with 17yrs experience living in the UK, I'm currently in the process of gaining my 176 visa. My wife and I where hoping to move around the perth area. we are getting a bit worried about the other threads saying that qualifications mean nowt in Oz and to get a full licence is really hard. can anybody tell me if the work has picked up, and how hard is it to get work, dont want to spend loads of money getting a visa then have no work when we get there. my wife is a secretary in uk so dont know how much work there is for her.
any info would be a great help
