As previously posted, I sent mine off last month and then followed it up with an e.mail explaining why they may be late getting it. I got a courtesy reply saying they will answer in 10 days. They did. They said they had received the form back with no problem. Guess it must have taken about 2 weeks for them to receive the form.

Checking on the courier's site. Mine has been delivered and signed for, before ten today, UK time. So thirty-six hours from Gaisano Pacific Mandaue, to the pensions office in Wolverhampton.

Mine did take 4 days to get back tho'. Handed in Sat afternoon so did not move from Cebu until Monday, signed for on Thursday.

Tropic, you're better off calling them. If you use Skype it's 2.9UScents a minute. They do reply to emails - quite good at that actually. At worst, your pension will be suspended until they get the form back. If you call They need various details such as NI number, date of birth, how often pension paid and which Bank it goes to and usually will not accept this info via email. Be interesting to see what they say in due course. Do let us know.
Update and First Casualty:
Apart from the automated reply, I had no response to my e-mail.
My signed form was sent by DHL courier, and was received and signed for in Wolverhampton on 11th March at 9:57AM.
There has been no further communication from Wolverhampton.
Today I discovered my pension for May has not been paid. A phone call to UK has given the reason as being: Non-Return Of Form.
Well they were politely informed of the delivery by DHL, and all relevant details. Lauren was most helpful, and it will be passed on. They will phone me back within twenty-four hours. Any other casualties out there?

As previously mentioned, I sent mine back and asked for confirmation of receipt by e.mail. This they did efficiently. Received my pension last month with the annual incremental increase.

Sent mine via Philpost (40 pesos) advised DWP via Skype that my Life Cert may take three weeks to reach them.
Got my pension increase confirmation letter and payment as normal.

They phoned me back the next day, and said that they had received my Life Certificate, and that it had been processed, but failed to activate the payment protocols. Due to a glitch in the system. They activated my payment, and advised two to five days. It wasn't there this morning.
Strange that although they have a record, of the life certificate being received. They cannot locate it However they know I am alive, as they spoke to me, and I was able to answer their questions!

Presently I live in Dubai so I do not receive any increment on my pension. When we move to Philippines next year, I believe that I should start to receive the increment. May I ask what is the increment percentage?

UK cost of living or 2.5% which ever is the greater, in the last few years it has been 2.5% due to UK inflation running at less.

Don't forget to let the International Pensions dept know when you move, otherwise nothing will change!
