So true, they use words of one syllable and make sure you understand. none of this "Don't question me, I'm the consultant" attitude only too prevalent in the NHS.

It is grand that there are some good medical services here. But I had Dengue Fever a few months ago and the local doctor prescribed antibiotics for it.
