I'm looking for properties in the Negros area. I've found websites like islandsproperties, point2homes, philippinesproperties etc but most are national/international and don't have a great deal of listings.

Does anybody know any realtors with website listings? Thanks.

Just use the realtors site to get an idea of what you are looking for. Their prices are likely 30% more than you need to pay. Most property is sold by word of mouth and advertised on the gate. Drive around the areas you are interested in and look for For Sale notices on the properties or tacked to a nearby lamp post.

I suspected it was more localised knowledge so that's good to know, thanks. What I'm interested in is a few acres either with, or with the ability to build, a couple of houses: a smaller one for the outlaws where they can do a bit of farming, a bigger one for ourselves where we can enjoy a bit of land.
