Job In manila
Hey everyone,
As my other post stated, I am moving to the Philippines in January 2017 with my partner and our 1 year old daughter.
She is british/filipino and is a dual citizen and can speak full tagalog which means getting a job in Manila much easier. For me being a foreigner makes it much harder as i am still studying online.
I can speak tagalog fluently and want to work in manila but I guess the only job opportunities are call centres ?

I have lived in manila before but only for about 9 months and I am currently only 22, I managed to save up about 15,000 gbp

Well done on learning Tagalog.
Not too sure what you are studying but I do know that they are short of proper Electrical and Mechanical Engineers as they are advertising for them through European agencies

harry if you want work in a call center whilst getting settled , send me a pm and i will give you details, you will not be paid less than 30,000 pesos a month to start.

As you seem good in Tagalog, have you thought of teaching English here. I saw an advert for freelance English teachers to earn P48,000 a month, of course now I have been back though all the sites I have visited I can not find it. I am sure a search will come up with something. Just a thought.
