BI Office Mandaue Cebu:
The above office is currently closed. Due to renovation work. I found this out when attempting to comply, with my annual renewal.
The advice given was to go to the Satellite Office located on the second floor of: J CENTER MALL in Mandaue. AS FORTUNA. Near to the Jollibee/flyover.
