Between a Rock and a Hard Pile

Well you can’t say no to this, so be ready to embrace it.
I’d just make sure the dog is extra hungry and bitey for their arrival. I would also spend a lot of time in just my boxers when they are there.

MiL sounds like major trouble, best be out a lot so she can't bother you both.

Re: Between a Rock and a Hard Pile
MiL on her way home Sunday. She has visited twice, both times after asking if she can come round. Visits cordial and I think she now understands that it is not her house and if she is to stay here, it will be at our invitation and not her expectation. She is not a bad old bird really, it just needed me and 'her in doors' to act as one for her to understand, so possibly our fault really. The dogs played a blinder, on her second visit one of them chewed one of her flip flops.

Next doors puppy is definitely the culprit. I found him today with one of my flip-flops in the road and both of mine looking like butter would not melt in their mouths.
