UK critical care nurse looking to work in Australia

Hello,

I'm a newly qualified Nurse in the U.K. Working in ICU. Just wondered if many critical care jobs are available in AUS and how they compare to critical care units here in the U.K.?
Is the pay considerably better?
Looking at moving to Sydney (possibly) on a working holiday visa next year!

Thank you!!

If you wish to work as a nurse on the WHV, then you will need APRHA registration.

As Mikelincs says, have a look at AHPRA requirements because you will need to be registered with them in order to work, and their process is NOT quick! Once you are 'registered in principle' you have 3 months in which to show up at an AHPRA office in Aus, with your ID.
