Re: A not so good update (sorry)
G has spoken to Paul or texted him I will ask him when he gets in with bacon sandwiches.
It's just up from Petrie so will give you a pm when we move in and can have a bbq house warming. Shame Paul's not here but we will have a slice of pizza to remember him by (and it was big enough for Joanne to have horse in garden...come back Paul all is forgiven).
Signed papers stage two today hand over first $1000 deposit tomorrow then off to bank tomorrow pm to get into loads of debt. Can't figure out why Gary's rushing back off to UK if he is as we are quite impressed all round so far. May have took us 6 months of searching but have the property we want and advice to others is rent for 6 months before you dive in. As we have seen so many properties over last 6 months that were good but not quite right or total sheds it's unbelievalbe but sure we have found the correct one for us this time comes with Koalas, lorakeets, cockatoos the lot... . Just hope pest inspection is ok as it looks solid and I think should pass house surveyors inspection ok.
