From what I have read, "If a magistrate is on the supplemental list they can use the suffix until death but if they are not on the supplemental list they should not use the suffix at all".

Don't forget that your documents need certifying not just signing

Not certain, but pretty sure they have a stamp.

My advice would be to make sure they have an official stamp/seal.

My strong advice would be to check they have this otherwise they may not accept it...in fact I'd lean towards a notary public...I was charged £60 for my documents.

...sorry...another point...on the notes to the application form it states what should be written to 'certify'

Was that for all of them? Sounds like a bargain! I have been quoted anything between £20-40 per sheet! :-(

I had the following documents certified by a notary public - total cost was £60.

Driving Licence (both parts)
Passport
Diploma Certificate
Health & Social care Certificate
Bank Statement
Credit card
Debit card
GCSE certificate

you can't send your transcript yourself! it must come from the school of nursing.

I would advice you read the notes within the application form again. it gives clear instructions.
