I have just secured a job with Sidra as a midwife is there any midwife out there already. What's your experience been so far?

Which country? There are BE members who are midwives in several countries - but you are more likely, IMO, to attract their attention if you post in the relevant country forum as the profession/ occupation forums are not very active.
