Okay, been looking at this vs sponsored visa, looking at the points system i get - 30 for age
- 15 for skilled employment
- 15 for educational qualifications

- ?? partner skills, does your partner have to meet all requirements?? or any 1 of the 3 requirements to get the extra 5 points? ie, age, English requirement and skilled occupation list; my OH is under 50, can speak English but not on skilled occupation list - would we be eligable to get the extra 5 marks??.....

This is of course without any points for Ielets which would be financially beneficial if I could avoid them - (every little helps and all that :-))
