Yorkshire Tea
Just perusing Grab One and saw 80 tea bags for $27 plus postage. Don't want to post a link and spam, but easy to find if you search the Store Deals. I don't drink tea myself so I don't know if it's a good price. Closes in 3 days.
I don't have any connection the retailer or grab one.
By the way, found Ambrosia creamed rice in PaknSAve the other day but it was $5 a tin. Very nice though.

When PG Tips is $4 per 100 at Countdown I'd say the Yorkshire Tea was a tad expensive!

Think you can hire a Sri Lankan girl to pick, dry and pack tea for a similar price.

Sshh! There's a lush golden triangle between Ilkley, Harrogate and Pately Brdige where it's endless sunshine and only rains at night, with the most fertile soil in the world, and orange pekoe abounds. But keep it quiet...

Re: Yorkshire Tea
I go for Ceylon tea but I prefer Leaf Tea to this vile teabag innovation. I blame those barbarians in America. They have had a grudge against tea and tea-drinkers since Boston !

I'm with you Stix on that one!
I'm a Dilmah Extra Strong girl myself. Leave bag in for a good 3 mins with a dash of milk. The green tea sat on my desk has now lost all appeal...

Re: Yorkshire Tea
I've had Dilmah Extra Strong for a number of years but I treated myself to some Yorkshire tea and I haven't been able to go back! Did try it again and it was so weak compared to the Yorkshire tea that I've given it up. Tea is important to my existence so I'm prepared to pay the inflated prices!

Has to be a poor teenage girl who has never been schooled, pencil calloused hands would damage the leaves and knowlege would taint them. She should be weighed down by the strain of supporting her family and brothers schooling until they can arrange a marraige for her.
