Can any body help??? We are looking for a house to rent in Mosgiel / Outram / Waihola area from 26th October.

Me, OH plus two small dogs (all four of us are house trained!!!), no kids, non smokers, work full time, can provide references.

Have looked on TradeMe and Real Estate. Lots of houses but most say 'no pets'.
Are there any other good rental websites?

Also a lot of South Island landlords can negotiate on the pets thing, so don't be too put off. This is an area with a small population and things move slowly. Be up front and see if you can arrange a 'pet bond'.

Col - once we have moved, come over for a long weekend, nothing stopping you having a look round. We could never afford to buy round here, but over there we can even buy land.
