Some help needed...
Hey guys! So I am currently living in Auckland on a Essential Skills visa. I am from Scotland and my girlfriend is American and on a working holiday visa, soon to become a partnership visa. Anyway, We intend on moving to the states by April 2017. Can anyone recommend any immigration lawyers or whatever in Auckland CBD that we can visit as we have many questions! Thanks

what do you need advice on, the US forum for moving there might be of some help, here might be good for NZ questions. so depends on what you want some input on

Thanks for getting back to me. I am pretty much look for some information whether not its possible for us to leave for the US straight from NZ or if we would both have to go home to our countries of residence. We plan to be engaged soon enough and have looked at the K1 fiance visa etc but we would just like to discuss what is best to do for our situation.

I would then suggest have a chat with the guys on the US forum, sure they will be able to point you in the right direction
