Well we made it!! Almost in one piece. My poor boy got sick on the flight from Dubai to Melbourne and was making liberal use of the sick bags for the entire flight. Thankfully he is better now and able to keep his food down but it was a fairly unpleasant experience.
Husband had already found us a house and had minimally furnished it while we wait for the container to arrive, so we were able to crash and sleep as soon as we got here. Look forward to getting out and about and enrolling the kids in school.

sorry to hear your son was so ill - mine used to be like that but luckily has been growing out of it. Hopefully a few days rest for all of you.

Arrived safe and sound on the 13th. Staying with relatives but we have put in an application for a rental in Half Moon Bay. Bought and insured a new car within 2 days or arriving( lot of research done before we left the UK), sorted out our bank accounts and mobiles and looking to get the kids registered in school next week if our house application goes well. So all in all, so far so good😀👍
