Healthcare Assisitants
Hi, have just joined so apologies if this question has been asked countless times before.
I am a healthcare assistant, who, for the last 7 years has been working in General Practice. I have an NVQ 3 qualification in Health and Care, I have attained my Diploma in Health and Social Care through the Open University and have a special interest in diabetes. Prior to my current employment I have 16 years experience of secondary care including working in a Minor Injury Unit and theatre. My question is... would there be opportunities for someone with my experience to work, preferably in General Practice, in New Zealand (especially the South Island). We have just returned and found the country to be gobsmackingly awesome!!!
