Great drives around the auckland/waikato area
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for some nice drives around the mentioned area, preferably something with awesome views
Have recently done the thames to coromandel drive which was awe-inspiring at sunset!

Hi, one of my favourites is a drive to the Manukau Heads lighthouse on the Awhitu peninsula. You will see some really splendid views:

See link below for any of the regional parks; Wenderholm, Mahurangi, Shakespeare Park etc and the aptly named 'Scenic Drive' / Arataki Visitors Centre in the Waitaks.

Simply check out Hamilton Gardens in Hamilton on your way round...stunning.

Live in TK, nice drive to Clevedon. Stopped at Duders Regional Park, beautiful.
