Emigration Travel Insurance
I have been looking at one-way emigration travel insurance for the over 70's. Many insurers only seem to quote for a round trip back to the UK. Does anybody have a recommendation?

We used Go Walkabout. They did one way insurance and were really helpful. You can chose to have it last slightly longer too, which was handy as I stayed in Australia for a week on my way over

Thank you for that. I have now obtained a quotation from Go Walkabout, but this was quite expensive. I have also discovered Insure and Go provide one way insurance and their quote was better, so they will likely get our business.
In addition I discovered when speaking to different insurers that if you didn't buy one-way insurance, you would be repatriated to the UK in the event of a health issue!

We used the UK post office insurance when we came, as they covered up to 17 days (?) on their single-trip insurance for emigration. You'd need to check if they still do it.
