Electrician advice please
I've finaly rounded up my qualifications ready to send to the EWRB for assesment, my question is what category to go for, an Electrician seems to be able to do everything so this is the obvious choice but I'm more of an industrial electrician and whilst I do installation work my main duties are maintenance, I was wondering if anyone has any experience of the practical assesment required should my qualifications and experience be acceptable.
Any help would be appeciated as this is my first step

Steevg and LeeBennett are both sparkies here in NZ. Perhaps try a PM to them.
I've moved this thread to the main forum so it has more exposure. :-)

If you have the qualifications to go for "Electrician" then i would go for it..
To get full registration you will need to carry out a practical test and a regulations exam when you get to NZ.
PM me your details

I'm not sure, As I'm employed I got a manager to write me a reference detailing what we do, it's all a bit vague on the EWRB site as to what they want.
I've sent a load of paperwork off now so well see what happens.
Leccy-Lee (did you change you name?) has been a mine of information and a great help
