I'm new to NZ. I've just bought a Gin Distiller (diving in head first). Do you think there's a market for a NZ/UK-influenced local gin?

Yeah quite a few. Had a blast at the recent Beervana Wellington. Man there were so many to choose from and I even got a taste of the craft ciders. I'm paying around $6 - $9 average per bottle of craft beer depending if I buy one on offer or full price. Don't seen to sell them by the pack in the supermarkets or liquor stores where I am, only by the bottle.
